There are two ways to close or temporarily suspend your Batjlli account — you can do it yourself or through our support team.

Self-Suspension (Temporary Break): Log In → Account Settings → "Responsible Gaming" → select "Cooling-Off" or "Self-Exclusion". You can set a break from 1 day up to 6 months. During this period, deposits, betting, and all marketing communications will be suspended.

Permanent Closure: If you'd like to permanently delete your account, Log In via live chat or email to submit your request directly. After identity verification, your account will be closed within 24–48 hours.

Before closing your account, make sure your withdrawable balance is zero — otherwise, withdraw your funds first.

How to View Your Betting History:

You'll see full details including date, amount, game type, and result. Use the filters to look up records from a specific time period. Up to 12 months Recent history is available directly on the portal. For older records, please contact support.

The Batjlli VIP program has five tiers — the more you play, the faster you move up and the better your rewards.

VIP tier upgrades happen automatically — no application needed. Once you qualify for a higher tier, you'll be notified by email and SMS.

Batjlli charges no processing fees on withdrawals — you keep every bit of what you win.

Withdrawal Limits & Processing Time:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳ 500
• Daily maximum (standard members): ৳50,000
• Daily maximum (VIP Gold+): Up to ৳5,00,000
• bKash/Nagad/Rocket: 5–30 minutes
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days

For Withdrawals KYC Verification must be completed. If your account isn't verified yet, upload your national ID from Account Settings first. Your first withdrawal may take a little longer since your account is being verified — subsequent withdrawals will be much faster.

If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, Batjlli settles bets according to its specific rules.

General Rules:

• Cancelled before match kick-off: The full bet amount is refunded.
• Cancelled before a set time after match kick-off: Rules vary by sport. In cricket, bets are generally void if the minimum number of overs isn't completed. In football, bets may be void if less than 75% of the match is played.
• Reschedule: If a match is rescheduled to a later date, your bet will generally remain valid. However, if the match is postponed by more than 48 hours, the bet will be cancelled.
• In-play bets: Live bets are generally settled based on the score at the time the match is stopped, provided the relevant market has already been determined.
